This Privacy Policy explains how Porchline Media LLC ("Porchline Media," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit porchlinemedia.com (the "Site") or contact us about our direct mail advertising services. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to this Policy.

We are a local direct mail advertising business based in Georgia. This Policy covers information about the business owners and prospective advertisers who interact with us. It does not cover the residents who receive our mailers; our postcards are delivered by the United States Postal Service to mailing routes on a saturation basis, and we do not collect or purchase the individual home addresses of mail recipients.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our reservation request form or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, your business name, email address, phone number, the market and ad category you are interested in, the ad size you are considering, and any message you send. If you become a customer, we also collect the information needed to provide our services, such as your ad content, billing details, and the terms of your service agreement.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we collect limited, privacy-minded analytics to understand how the Site is used. This includes a randomly generated, anonymous visitor identifier stored in your browser, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and timestamps. This analytics data does not include your name, email, phone number, or IP address.

Cookies and local storage. We use browser local storage to hold the anonymous visitor identifier described above and to support basic Site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you clear or block local storage and cookies through their settings.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiry and follow up about reserving an ad spot;
• provide, operate, and improve our advertising services and the Site;
• design, produce, and mail your advertisement if you become a customer;
• send you transactional messages, such as a confirmation that we received your request;
• communicate with you by email, phone, or text about your inquiry and our services;
• keep records, process payments, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
• protect the Site and our business against fraud, spam, and abuse.

Calls, texts, and emails

When you provide your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone call, and text message regarding your inquiry and our services. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may still send you transactional messages related to a service you have requested or purchased.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:

• Service providers who process information on our behalf, such as our website host and database (Lovable and Supabase), our email delivery provider (Resend), our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare, used to keep our form from being abused), our payment processor (Stripe), and our document and e-signature provider (PandaDoc). These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
• Professional advisors such as our accountant or attorney, when reasonably necessary.
• Legal and safety reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Porchline Media, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Anonymous analytics data is kept in aggregate to help us understand Site usage over time.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and limiting who can see your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request to review, update, or delete the personal information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing joe@porchlinemedia.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws; contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
