Advertiser Service Agreement
This Agreement is between Porchline Media LLC (“Porchline Media,” “we”) and the business reserving a spot below (“Advertiser,” “you”). By checking the box and completing payment, you electronically sign this Agreement and agree to be bound by it, along with our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

1. What you’re reserving. You are reserving exclusive rights to the your category category on the Local Spotlight — Mulberry & Dacula postcard. While your spot is active, we will not sell your category to a competing business on that card.
2. Billing. Your card will be charged $295 today and on the same date each month going forward, for as long as your spot stays active. This is a subscription, not a one-time purchase.
3. Cancel anytime. There’s no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing joe@porchlinemedia.com or texting (470) 354-1197. Cancellation stops future billing but doesn’t refund the current cycle once your ad has gone to print (see the Terms of Service, Section 6).
4. Founders Club rate lock. If you’re reserving at the $295 Founders Club rate, that rate is yours for as long as you run consecutively, without a gap. Canceling or lapsing a month forfeits the Founders rate permanently — rejoining later means rejoining at the standard rate.
5. Ad production. After reserving, you’ll complete a short intake providing your logo/source material, offer, and contact info. We’ll design your ad and send you one proof, with one round of revisions included. Once you approve your proof, it’s final and goes to print — that’s the cutoff for further changes or refunds.
6. Our guarantees. Your reservation is backed by the 60-Day Drop Guarantee, the Crickets Guarantee, the One Seat at the Table Guarantee, and the Screen Door Guarantee, each as described in full in our Terms of Service.
7. Your content. You confirm you own or have the right to use any logo, image, or material you submit for your ad, and you grant us a license to use it solely to design and produce your ad.
8. Call tracking. Your ad includes a dedicated tracking number and QR code. Calls to that number may be recorded for attribution and quality purposes and are forwarded to your business phone, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Full terms govern. This Agreement summarizes the key terms of your reservation. Our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern this purchase in all respects and control if anything here conflicts with them.
